Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Product Origin

Our products are shipped from our supply partners based in China. We work to ensure every order is carefully prepared and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United States: 9–12 business days
  • European Union: 9–12 business days
  • Oceania: 11–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and do not include the order processing period. Delivery times may be affected by customs, local carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options at checkout: free shipping and paid (expedited) shipping. The available options and their costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Carriers and Tracking

Depending on your location, your order may be handled by carriers including USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, and 4PX. You will receive a tracking number within 72 hours after your order is shipped.

You can track your order using the carrier's website or a tracking aggregator such as 17Track.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
