Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not classify any of our products as non-refundable. All eligible items purchased within the return window may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Payments and refunds are processed securely through Shopify.

- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund as described above.
